Our AGM due to be held on 1st May was postponed some time ago and all members notified. It is unlikely that it will be possible to reschedule this until October at the earliest and we are even dubious about that date.
It is more likely that we will have to cancel it altogether and hold an AGM next May to cover both financial years. Our constitution allows for us to hold our AGM “as soon as possible following the end of the financial year”. However in the current national emergency situation we are sure that our membership would respect and accept a sensible course of action in this matter.
